Summer hiking tour - Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee - Alpine hut "Malga Colle Alti/Hochalmhütte"
From Braies along the western end of the lake, turn right into the Grünwaldtal/Val Foresta, to Altkasern/Casera Vecchia. From there part a steeply path up to the high alpine hut Malga Colli Alti/Hochalmhütten. Sign-post: no. 19, Walking time: 3 hours. Challenge: demanding Tip: Trip to the lake „Lago dei Colli Alti/Hochalmsee“ Easy hike to one of the most beautiful lake of the Dolomites. From the alpine hut „Malga Colli Alti/Hochalmhütten“ following the wide path to the „Giogo di Montecroce/Kreuzjoch“, turn rigth into „Val Lapadures/Lapadurestal“ and then turn left and slightly upward to the beautiful lake.
